Unequal pay
Do you feel that you are paid less than others for the same work?
Your employer is obliged to pay each employee comparable pay for comparable work. Pay inequalities that are not based on the terms of the Labour Code are discrimination. Pay discrimination is not permissible.
Why address this?
Adequate performance should ensure adequate remuneration. Differences in remuneration unrelated to the performance of job tasks should not be borne by a particular employee.
Is it worth it?
If you know that you are being paid less than others for the same work, we can help you negotiate a remedy. That way, you can get future increases in pay for your work as well as back pay for what you were cut.
How much does the service cost?
We provide a free case assessment. If successful, we will split on a pre-agreed basis. As a rule, our fee is 20% of the amount recovered by you.
We will assess your case for free
We will now take you through a short questionnaire, inviting you to complete a few questions and finally asking you to provide supporting documents.
