We will assess your requirements free of charge and without obligation. We will let you know whether it makes sense to take legal action. We will then offer you legal representation through our expert law firms. You only pay a fee if we actually obtain something for you. You then pay a commission of 20% percent of the claim obtained.
What if I decide to pursue my claim?
Our solicitors will deal with the employer on your behalf. They will take all steps to protect your rights under a power of attorney.
Initially, we will aim to settle the claims by agreement. If the employer is unwilling to agree an acceptable solution to the situation, we will then pursue the claims through the courts.
What about costs and potential failure?
